Welcome to the Farm Cooking School Kitchen!

Register your child age 8-14 for a lunch time treat, featuring nutritious dishes which you child will be able to make at home. This class is hands on and all hands in. They will learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety, how to read/write a recipe, and how to communicate in the kitchen.

Today’s class- distinctly not “kids food”

Mixed Greens Salad with an Orange vinaigrette - seasonal greens with sliced pears, dressed with an orange vinaigrette

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenderloin with Ranch Dipping Sauce - baked Parmesan and Panko crusted chicken tenderloin pieces

Berry Beans - Haricot Vert sautéed with dried cranberries and Montmorency cherries

Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges or Potato Wedges - oven roasted sweet potatoes or fingerling potatoes with a light seasoning blend
