Kendra Rex is a cooking teacher and food writer who specializes in the story behind the dish. A member of Les Dames d'Escoffier International (Philadelphia), she has worked as a culinary producer, recipe developer, and editor, and today also owns her own boutique classical Pilates studio in the heart of Lambertville.
