Artisan Bread Class - Thursday, Oct. 23rd


This hands-on bread class is built around our basic bread method. We'll show you how to use one simple dough as a base for infinite variations including foccacia, pizza, boules, and baguettes. 

You'll roll up your sleeves and have a go at making and kneading your own dough. We'll teach you how to form and shape dough.

Finally, you'll feast on the bakery-style bread dinner we’ve made together while we finish baking the loaves you formed.
