A Week of Amazing Mexican Food!



Shelley Wiseman (author of The Mexican Gourmet and Just Tacos) will be returning to The Farm Cooking School for a whole week in August to teach a series of classes on Mexican Cuisine (the last time she came we sold out almost immediately). Each day's class will feature everything from tortillas to moles. This week of classes includes 4 (2 hour) day-time classes followed by lunch and 1 (3 hour) afternoon class followed by a festive BYO dinner.
