Water - Malt - Yeast - Hops - DINNER!


We have been meeting in secret, in the locked brewing room of Triumph Brewery with Brendan Anderson the brewer (who, by the way, is also a CIA Grad!) about a Beer Blowout Dinner. And wow, this will be one for the books!

We will cook a multi-course meal with the malts and hops - We will pair each course with free tastes of rare beers - We will learn about the brewing process and the individual tastes of some of the world's best and hardest-to-find beers! AND THEN - if that we're enough, Gab of the The Bent Spoon will make (at least one) beer inspired dessert. This is not a hands-on class, but an educational dinner.
