Join us for our first Indian Cooking Series where we dive deep in this rich cuisine and discover some of our favorite dishes from all over the country. Each week we build a meal from the dishes we make in class.

These are not the dishes you're used to seeing at Americanized Indian restaurants (...but they should be!) instead they are greatest examples of the real cuisines you find in India!

Week 3 - Sample Menu:

This all vegetarian class is centered around the famous fermented rice and pulse batters of the dosa and idli which go through a long fermentation, creating a complex flavor and texture. 

Masala Dosa (Fermented Rice and Lentil Flatbread with Potato Curry)

Idli with Cilantro Chutney (Steamed Fermented Rice Cakes)

Coconut Chutney

Mango Mastani (It's a Mango Milkshake, people)
