Join us for a full week of kids international culinary boot camp. Classes include knife skills and world cuisines including dishes from Mexico, Italy, France and the good ole U.S. of A.
Classes run from 2pm to 5pm Monday through Friday which includes an hour each day with our farmer, Jeanmarie Mitchell. Come to the classes that work for you or join us for the week at a discount.
Class 1: Knife Skills - Gazpacho; Cobb Salad; Orange and Chocolate Dessert
Class 2: Mexico - Agua Fresca; Scrambled Eggs with Tomato Salsa; Refried Beans
Class 3: Italy - Tortellini with Peas and Proscuitto; Homemade Ricotta with Honey and Figs
Class 4: India - Cucumber Raita; Chicken and Cashew Curry; Jeweled Basmati Rice
Class 5: France - Fish in Papillotes; Fresh Fruit Tarts
