Our friend (and fellow PBS star of Antiques Roadshow), David Rago of Rago Arts came to us with a brilliant thought. David is a wine collector and recently purchased a large lot of wines that he's never had before. Well, he wants to try them, and he's asked us to cook!
Mr. Rago is a humble man and has admitted that he doesn't know many of these wines, so we're calling in wine expert and educator Brian Freedman who will lead the group in a tasting and the history of these wines. Some of the wines to be discovered include; Thorpe Reserve Shiraz 2003, D Du Cayron 1995, and Crane Family Syrah 2002
This is not a hands-on class, but an educational dinner with complimentary wine tastings.
