Irma Jennings, CHC, Holistic Bone Coach, went from the boardroom on Wall Street to the cutting board in her kitchen after returning to school. A graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2004 with advanced studies in “Food as Medicine” in Northern California, Costa Rica, India, Thailand and Bali.
Diagnosed with osteopenia in 2005 catapulted her into a journey of deep transformation into the marrow of her own bones. She’s been researching and feeding her bones calcium and mineral-rich foods knowing that food is the first-step solution.
Irma’s been offering group cooking classes and private cooking classes over the past 10 years. For the past 2 years she has offered cooking classes under the umbrella of The Suppers Program. Vicki Sarnoff, CHC, is a Nutrition Educator for Rolling Harvest Food Rescue, Wellness Advocate, and Personal Chef whose passion includes Food as Medicine. Vicki has been working with the Suppers Program providing cooking classes for over 2 years. She coaches individuals with a broad variety of health issues and food requirements and helps them to learn how to shop, prepare and enjoy foods for their overall well-being.
Vicki is a Certified Health Coach having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with a certification from Columbia University Teachers College. She sees clients in her New Hope office, offers telephone consults, organic medicinal cooking classes, specialty catering, and has lectured on the use of therapeutic essential oils for people and their animals for the past 18 years.
