Our new wine series explores the grapes behind the wines and will clarify and remove the confusion-factor of the “what am I actually drinking dilemma?” We will taste in a same-grapes-from-different-places format. Each class, taught by certified sommelier, radio personality, and founder of Class in a Glass Carol A. Berman, will feature 3 grapes and 6 wines from around the globe.
In class 2 we will explore grower-produced wines from France’s Rhone and Loire Valleys, Bordeaux, Washington State, and Italy.
A paired dinner will be prepared and served by Chefs Shelley Wiseman and Ian Knauer to enjoy at the conclusion of each session.
