The author of Modern Potluck will teach you how to make vegetable forward dishes just in time for the holidays!

Whether you or your guests avoid meat or you're just trying to include more vegetables in your life, this class is for you. We will focus on dishes that are elegant enough for entertaining, but easy enough to make for daily meals. We'll also make a dessert that's perfect for special occasions.
