Join Jodi as she recreates some of the cakes she became famous for at her former Bakery, JScones in Doylestown. She will cover three different kinds of cakes along with their accompanying buttercreams, frostings, and glazes. Simple cake decorating techniques will also be covered. Food for a lunch break will be provided. This class runs 4 hours to allow for baking time. You’ll have plenty to do!
