If you haven’t joined the Instapot revolution, come to this class to see how easy and accessible pressure cooking has become! We will share with you the many tips and tricks we have learned for making great food fast! 

In class we will make steel cut oats, octopus salad with white beans, a seasonal polenta, and beef stew. Recipes will include charts for cooking vegetables, beans, and grains. E-mail us if you can bring your own pot to class- a few extras would be awesome!
