Join us for our January dinner featuring winter crops from the farm. Malaika and the farm crew keep busy in the cold weather tending to the high tunnels and green house and managing our cooler full of storage crops. Seasonal eating in this part of the world requires some creativity, but our kitchen crew is up to the challenge.
