Whether a beginner looking to mix your first batch of dough or an experienced home baker looking to refine your skills, join Ian Knauer as he teaches you everything you need to know to prepare fresh-baked breads at home. In the class, Ian will teach you the tips and tricks he's learned baking in The Hudson Valley, England, Spain, and of course, right here at The Farm Cooking School. The course will cover mixing, shaping, and baking basic doughs for a variety of breads, including:

  • Baguettes and Pan d'Epi

  • Bacon and Leek Flat-Bread

  • Prosciutto Black Olive Rolls

  • Tomato Basil Rolls

  • Jim Lahey's No-Knead Bread

Class will conclude with a sit-down meal to accompany our fresh-baked breads and students are welcome to take any extra bread home to enjoy!
