Shake off the winter chill and join us for an aperitivo happy hour with a Tuscan twist! The table will be set by Central Stem, and the afternoon features Bellemille Olive Oil—straight from the hills of Tuscany.

We’re kicking things off with a signature welcome cocktail to set the mood. From there, Bellemille founder Alexa Dombkoski and Chef Ian will lead a live demonstration, showing you how to best utilize great quality olive oil in your cooking using farm-fresh ingredients to make elevated spring snacks and a decadent olive oil-infused dessert.
