Join butcher Cole Dougherty and chef Ian Knauer for our whole pig butchering workshop. Cole will demonstrate seam cutting butchering revealing where different cuts of meat come from on the animal and how to break down the whole animal using just hand tools.

The butchering demo will be followed by family-style lunch featuring cut of pork from the demo. Beer and wine will be available for purchase for the meal.
