Join us for our most foundational class - Knife Skills. Ian Knauer will demonstrate how to sharpen and hone your knife and proper slicing, dicing and handling technique for the kitchen’s most important tool.

We will practice on a variety of vegetables from the farm which will be transformed into dinner after class.

This class is a must for all aspiring home (and professional) cooks!
