Join us for our most foundational class - Knife Skills. Pastry Chef Emily Menkes will demonstrate how to sharpen and hone your knife and proper slicing, dicing and handling technique for the kitchen’s most important tool.

We will practice on a variety of vegetables from the farm which will be transformed into dinner after class.

This class is a must for all aspiring home (and professional) cooks!
