The Farm Cooking School

New Jersey.  Though most widely known for its Pork Roll, Parkway, and Bruce Springsteen, it’s nicknamed The Garden State for a good reason.  Nestled within the Delaware River Valley is a little gastronomical haven and at the heart of this haven is a cooking school on a farm.  We are unique.  We are unpretentious.  And we are dedicated to teaching our listeners how our delicious food system works.  

This is The Farm Cooking School, The Podcast.

We are your hosts, Kendra Thatcher and Karl Wagner.  Every other week (or so) we bring you onto our farm and into our kitchen.  We work with quite an accomplished culinary community and we want to spread the love, knowledge, and passion... because that’s important.   So, let’s get cooking!
